History: Team Delaware has had a beginner team for several years now and it has served as a wonderful experience for our skaters to learn about the basics of synchro and successfully move on to more advanced teams. The Beginner team practices once a week with a short office and then a 50 minute onice practice. The team works on a synchro program, basic synchro skills, basic skating skills and team building activities.
