Competitions: Terry Conners Synchronized Skating open, Eastern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships

History: The Massachusettes is a collegiate synchronized skating team at the University of Massachusetts Amherst coached by Laura Lemoine. The team has been together for six years and hopes to continue for years to come. Currently we are a club sport at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, in which Umass students along with any student of the five colleges that surround Umass can participate on the team. In pass years we have skated to music from August Rush, Dirty Dancing, Moulin Rouge, Step Up, Saturday Night Fever and many others. This year we are skating to a Tango theme.
